Medha ERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning system that integrates with Google Sheets for data storage and management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Your Google Sheet data and backups
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data stored in your Google Sheet. We do not claim any ownership rights to your business data.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of data or business interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medha ERP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
